Thank you for shopping at Thugir.com! We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. This policy outlines the conditions under which you can return an item and receive a refund.
Returns
You can return most new, unopened items sold on our website within 2 days of delivery for a full refund. We gladly accept returns for the following reasons:
- Incorrect item received
- Damaged item received
- Defective item
We cannot accept returns for:
- Items that are not returned in their original packaging
- Items that are used or damaged
- Items returned after the 2 day return period
Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact us at support@thugir.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We will then provide you with a return shipping label (for approved returns) or instructions on how to return your item.
Refunds
Once we receive your returned item and verify that it meets the conditions outlined above, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 15 business days. Shipping costs will only be refunded if we sent you the incorrect item or the item is defective.
Exchanges
Unfortunately, we do not currently offer exchanges. However, you can return your unwanted item and place a new order for the correct item.
Exceptions
